From West VA, Washington, DC, or Richmond: Take I-64 E in Richmond and follow it through the Hampton Roads tunnel. Continue on I-64 to the Newtown Road exit (#284 B). Stay in the right lane, take the next turn at Newtown Road South. Turn right at the next light (Kempsville Road), follow under the overpass & turn left at the second traffic light into BRC campus.

From Delaware, the Eastern Shore: Follow Highway 13 through the Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel. Continue on Northampton Blvd after exiting the tunnel until the first light past I-64 interchange. Take a left at this light (Kempsville Road) and follow it to the 5th traffic light. Turn right into BRC campus.

From North Carolina:  Take I-95 N toward Richmond. Take exit 11A to merge onto US-58 E toward Norfolk. Take the US-13 N ramp to I-264 E/I-64/Portsmouth/Norfolk/VA Beach. Keep left at the fork and merge onto I-664 S. Continue onto I-264 E toward Norfolk. Take exit 13-14-15 for I-64/US-13/Military Hwy/Newtown Rd toward Chesapeake. Continue toward Newtown Rd. Stay in the right lane, take the next turn at Newtown Road South. Turn right at the next light (Kempsville Road), follow under the overpass & turn left at the second traffic light into BRC campus.
