  From West VA, Washington, DC, or Richmond: Take I-64 E in Richmond and follow it through the Hampton Roads tunnel. Continue on I-64 to the Newtown Road exit (#284 B). Stay in the right lane, take the next turn at Newtown Road South. Turn right at the next light (Kempsville Road), follow under the overpass & turn left at the second traffic light into BRC campus.

  From Delaware, the Eastern Shore: Follow Highway 13 through the Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel. Continue on Northampton Blvd after exiting the tunnel until the first light past I-64 interchange. Take a left at this light (Kempsville Road) and follow it to the 5th traffic light. Turn right into BRC campus.
