I am a former BRC resident from many years ago. I came to BRC for help with my depression, and you reminded me how to find worth in myself once again. Soon after I was discharged, my father received orders to move us to the Washington D.C. area for a new assignment. I started high school there and graduated last year. I now work at one of the military bases. In my spare time, I enjoy playing paint ball. You saved my life, and I’m not sure where I might be if I had not spent the time I did at your facility. Thank you all so much! A special thanks to my therapist, Mr. Otis and everyone else. Here’s a word of advice to anyone considering BRC – don’t wait for someone to figure out you’re struggling. Take action and speak up. Things will only get worse if you hold it in. Thank you again. You all are amazing! Keep it up!
