Rob McCartney, retiring CEO of The James Barry-Robinson Institute

Celebrating 14 Years of Transformative Leadership

After fourteen years at the helm, CEO Rob McCartney retires having transformed the 92-year-old Institute into a nationally recognized leader in behavioral healthcare and child welfare — growing The Barry Robinson Center into the nation’s only residential treatment center for military-connected youth, expanding JBRI Foster Care into a national model, and shaping a culture guided by a simple philosophy: to “Bee Kind, Bee Competent, and Bee Fun.”

Rob has never simply managed the organization — he has inspired a movement centered on compassion and excellence.
